2. Conclusion of contract, ordering
Our offer is binding. By ordering, you agree to conclude a contract with us. The contract will be concluded when you send your order to us. You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.
If you have found the product you want, you can place it in the basket by clicking on the [Add to basket] button. This does not obligate you to purchase the product. You can view the contents of the basket at any time by clicking on the [Basket] button. This does not obligate you to purchase the contents of the basket. You can remove products from the basket at any time by clicking on the [X] button. If you would like to purchase the products in the basket, click on the [Continue to checkout] button.
The ordering process consists of four steps. In the first step "1. shopping cart" you can view and check the contents of your cart. In the second step "2. My data" you can create a customer account and enter your data as you place your first order on our website calida.com or alternatively, log in directly as a registered customer with your data. You have also the possibility to place an order as a guest by entering your address without creating a customer account. In the third step, you choose the delivery address under "3. Delivery address and shipping" and then the desired payment method under "4. Payment". In this step, a summary of your order will be displayed for verification. To correct any input errors, you will have to interrupt the order and start again. Depending on the chosen payment method, you will be redirected to the corresponding payment provider and can complete the payment process. Alternatively, you can complete your order on the website by entering your credit card details and clicking on the [Buy Now] button.
3. Saving the contract text
We will save your order and the order data you have entered. We will send an order confirmation with all the details to the e-mail address you provided. Moreover, you can use your personal customer account to view and print out your order with all of the order data that you entered. You also have the option of printing out the General Terms and Conditions of Business and your order with all of the order data that you entered during the order process.
4. Cancellation policy for consumers

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving reasons for the cancellation.
The deadline for cancellation is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the shipper took possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form. However, you are under no obligation to do so.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send off your notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive, standard delivery that we offer). We will do so immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day when we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. When reimbursing you, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless something else was explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods again or until you prove that you have sent back the goods, depending on which occurs earlier.
You should return or hand over the goods to us without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day when you notify us that you are cancelling the contract. You will be considered to have met the deadline if you send off the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires. We will bear the costs of the return shipment of the goods.
You will only be liable for any reduction in value of the goods if it results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and function of the goods.
The right of cancellation shall not apply in the case of distance contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if their seal was removed following delivery.
